The Paint Zone VIII
All pictures are © ronsterart 1999, do not copy any of this page without permission from the webmaster.| I assume that you read a few of the other paint "how-to's" so I will skip the washing and all. Using the waterbase paint again & masking with nothing fancy but a high quality masking tape from the hardware store.

| The masking time depends on how picky you are...this one has no perfect edge or matching side, but it fits the design. Started with a good black glow around the flames. | ![]() |
| Painted the back solid black fading forward, then the blue expanding around the flames roughly. Finished off with purple. This Faskolor paint blended very well and shows different colors as the light reflects on it. | ![]() |
| Unmasked the front and put a glow of Neon Yellow making the paint very opaque on the tip of the flames. The paint is perfect for airbrushing straight out of the bottle...and very little waste with the top designed so you can add a drop at a time. |

| I finally got around to painting the new top that came with my Factory Team B3.. So far I have not found any reason not to like this new waterbase paint better than anything I have ever used. This is the most perfect top that I have ever done. Faskolor paint and a stock B3 top from ProLine |
